Building Partnerships and Navigating Industry Standards
The AHR Expo 2024, co-hosted with ASHRAE Winter Committee Meetings at the McCormick Convention Centre, proved to be an enriching experience for iAIR Group. The event provided a platform for professionals in the heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) industry to come together and discuss the latest developments, share insights, and forge meaningful connections.
One of the highlights of our participation was the engagement in various technical groups and policy discussions. These sessions offered valuable insights into the development of critical standards, such as ASHRAE 241, which focuses on establishing minimum requirements to reduce the risk of disease transmission through exposure to infectious aerosols. Being a part of these discussions allows us to contribute to the shaping of industry standards, gaining a deeper understanding of the challenges and opportunities that lie ahead.
The immersive experience extended beyond the meeting rooms to the Expo floor, where we had the pleasure of reconnecting with current clients, colleagues, and partners. Among them were Yoshiyuki Uemura and Misato Kogure of Daikin U.S. Corporation, Stuart Henley of Air Sniper, and Arti Lyde of Fellowes Brands. These encounters provided a valuable opportunity to strengthen existing partnerships and explore potential collaborations in the future.
As leaders in the HVAC certification research laboratories, iAIR Group values the importance of staying connected with industry stakeholders. The Expo served as a hub for networking and knowledge exchange, fostering a sense of community within the HVAC sector.
The connections made at AHR Expo 2024 align with iAIR Group’s commitment to advancing innovation and sustainability in the industry. The shared vision and collaborative spirit demonstrated by our partners reaffirm our dedication to creating a healthier and more efficient future for all.
In conclusion, our participation in the AHR Expo 2024 was not only about showcasing our expertise but also about actively contributing to the industry’s evolution. We look forward to building on the momentum gained at the Expo, fostering new partnerships, and continuing to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of HVAC.
